Age Concern provides wellbeing services in six centres across Birmingham.

All centres offer personalised support to people aged 55 and over who are physically frail or have mobility issues, dementia, depression or a long term health condition.

The service offers a personalised approach supporting the wellbeing of older people by promoting independence through the development of friendships, reducing isolation and offering a wide range of activities and opportunities that promote wellbeing and increased quality of life.

The service also provides carer break opportunities throughout the week.

Flexibility is offered around the needs of clients and carers with the services being accessible for full sessions, part sessions or lunch sessions only.

All venues offer healthy meals, with support to promote healthy eating.

Transport is provided in partnership with Ring and Ride (West Midlands Special Needs Transport).

The centres operate weekdays, with some open 5 days a week. Please call for further details or to arrange a visit to view a centre and discuss support needs with a member of the team.
