Helping primary care to support people with dementia

Involvement

Getting involved in reviewing and planning services is an important way in which individuals and carers can contribute to improving services. Experiences and views are valuable in shaping future services.

Dementia Advisors or the local Healthwatch office can advise on opportunities and contacts. The Alzheimer’s Society offers a range of involvement opportunities for people with all types of dementia.
