Helping primary care to support people with dementia

At home

Continuing to remain independent is important to most people.

Support can be provided to enable people to live at home, this may include domiciliary support, support with personal care, adaptions adjustments and equipment.

Advice on these can be obtained from the local authority, a Dementia Advisor or Age UK.
